What a privilege
I Timothy 1:1-5
What a privilege ty and I have to be in the ministry helping to create environments where peopl can grow in the Lord (ok that sounded cheesy, but seriously) Last night I was so humbeled yet again by people half my age as they sought God undignifiedly, unashamedly and without any hinderances! You gotta see this!

Now for the best Mother I know…
So… Mothers day is almost over here for the family Tullos, but I wanted to take one more chance to honor my beautiful wife and amazing mother to Whit and Cam.
I can promise you that on February 19, 2001 when I met her for the first time face to face I could have never imagined being as in love with her as I am today. I have loved nothing more than watching her be a mom to those two boys while at the same time keep up with this crazy sucker she married!!
She is truly a wonder woman!! I love her so much and I know if those two Lil thundacatz could type they would blog the same thing!!
Love you Crys.

My mom is officially famous…
OK, I don’t really know how big of a deal this actually is (and if you asked my mom she would say its not a big one at all), but to me this is the on the “Greatest Things I’ve Seen Ever” list!
My mom is a math teacher. At least that’s how I’ve answered the question of “What does your mom do?” for 20ish years. I know that that’s not really an accurate description of anything that she actually does, but whatever it is I know it has something to do with mathematics. As far as I’m aware, there aren’t but a couple people who have accomplished more in the state of Louisiana in her field than she has. Not to mention being in the South and being a woman in the corporate/state government world, getting to the level that shes at couldn’t have been an easy road. I am so proud of my mom because not only has she achieved amazing things in her job, but somehow she managed to raise two children who aren’t social rejects (debatable for her son), keep up with a husband and keep him in line, and now is probably the greatest Nona (Italian for grandmother) to Whitaker and Campbell that has ever existed.
Now I know what you’re thinking, all this is coming out because Mothers Day is this weekend. That fact is complete coincidence. Ive never really thought of putting all these thoughts in words before today when I saw this…
//////CLICK HERE////// (You can read the article, but you’ll have to click the video link)
When I saw that I emailed my mom and told her that I was going to blog about it! I don’t know the details of where she was or what she was interviewed for, but I am so proud of her for just being on it. I hope you took the time to click the link and watch the video as boring as it may have been listening to people talk about math! My mom is the coolest math dork (”dork” in the original Hebrew translates to “awesome person”) I have ever known!! Not to mention, the prettiest “math teacher” ever to work the chalkboard! HAHA!!
So, needless to say I am way proud to be Tyler A. Tullos Jr., III, son of Lynne! Love that lady. Happy Mothers Day!

The Extreme Home Makeover
Last week Nona, Tyler’s mom, went out of town for an entire week. Her house was kind of in a crazy mess–they had installed new windows and on top of that she works 24-7 so she’s never really able to keep up. So we all decided to pitch in while she was gone and perform a home makeover to surprise her! We rented a storage space to put all her “extra stuff” and organized every closet, drawer and nook. We finished a bunch of odd-and-end jobs and even cleaned it top to bott0m. It really looks like a house in a magazine now!
Check out the befores and afters
For more of the entire project check out our web album! Overall she said it was the best surprise she’s ever been blessed with! She cried and cried, and has had fun relocating everything! She loves her new house and won’t be bringing back anything from storage anytime soon. For the same thing to happen to your home hire me…for a low price of only 5,999.99!
Ha ha…hard work!
